Ex-SpaceX Engineer Lex Li Rebuilds Financial Execution System from First Principles, Launches PlanX Protocol and Xgent Runtime

Lex Li, a former SpaceX engineer, founded Plan Execution Lab to reconstruct the financial execution system from first principles. He unveiled the PlanX financial execution protocol and the Xgent autonomous financial runtime, targeting fundamental issues such as fragmented execution layers, human workflow dominance, and accelerating strategy decay. The project aims to build an open, collaborative, and self-evolving execution network, facilitating the migration from centralized exchanges to on-chain financial execution infrastructure.
